Provides technical support to students. Responsible for the support of wireless networks, websites, and software provided by the university. This position includes answering phone calls, emails, and handling walk-ins.
Requires computer maintenance experience along with prior customer service experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Windows 7/10, OSX, and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred. **Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position.**
