Job Description

Provides technical support to students, faculty, staff, and administrators. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for customers, but may also include answering phone calls and emails as well as handling walk-ins.

Job Requirements

Requires computer support experience and knowledge along with prior customer service experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances. **Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position.
